Octene, hydroformulation products. A complex combination of hydrocarbons produced by the distillation of products from the hydroformulation of octene. It consists predominantly of C8 olefins and paraffins, C9 alcohols and aldehydes, and C27 acetals and boils in the range of approximately 110oC to 400oC
