POLYURETHANE-61

Polyurethane-61 is the complex polymer made by first reacting saturated methylene diphenyldiisocyanate (SMDI), dimethyl aminopropylamine (DMAPA), isopropylidenediphenoxypropanol and the polyester polyol derived from isophthalic acid/1,6-hexanediol/adipic acid to form a prepolymer, followed by dispersion in water with triethylamine and subsequent chain extension with ethylenediamine.
